Yes! We welcome families and offer family-sized tents, child-friendly meals, and age-appropriate activities. Some activities may have minimum age limits for safety reasons. We welcome children from 5yrs old.
We have 10 luxury tents, two of which are larger family ones, ensuring an exclusive and intimate experience with personalised service. We can accommodate a maximum of 26 guests.

Getting Here
Guests usually fly from Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport to Seronera airstrip or drive in with their guide. If arriving by air, we provide a scenic road transfer directly to the camp. The journey from Seronera airstrip is about 1hr.
Yes, transfers from the nearest airstrip Seronera are included in your booking unless otherwise stated.
Absolutely. Our vehicles are custom made, well-maintained and our drivers are experienced in both safety and hospitality.
Depending on the season and wildlife activity, your transfer often doubles as a game drive—a great introduction to the safari experience!

Accommodation
Each tent is spacious and beautifully furnished with en-suite bathrooms, private verandas, and panoramic views of the surrounding bush. They are lined, have electrics and wifi. See our accommodation page for full spec.
Yes, all tents come with private en-suite bathrooms featuring flush toilets, hot safari-style bucket showers, and eco-friendly amenities.
Yes. Solar power provides electricity and hot water throughout the day.
We don’t offer babysitting as such but can arrange for a guard to be on duty outside your tent, whilst you enjoy dinner and your little ones sleep.
Yes. Our tents are designed to keep wildlife out while maintaining the safari ambiance. Our staff are also trained in guest safety and escort you at night.

Wildlife & Activities
Depending on the season, guests may encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, wildebeests, leopards, and much more. The Serengeti is one of The World’s best safari locations.
Year-round! That said, the Great Migration, calving season, or dry season may offer especially dramatic sightings.
Yes, daily shared game drives with professional guides are included in the Game Package option.
Unfortunately not. We are governed by the rules of The National Parks (TANAPA) AND walking and night safaris are not permitted.
Standard packages include shared drives. Private drives can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
Dining & Drinks
We serve a mix of international and local dishes, freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Some nights we will offer local Swahili dishes or BBQ’s al-fresco cooked on our firepit.
Yes, with advance notice we accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs.

Yes. We prioritise guest safety and have trained staff, night escorts, and have clear safety protocols in place.
We recommend consulting your doctor. Yellow fever, typhoid, and malaria precautions are common for this region.
While we take mosquito precautions seriously, we are in a malaria zone and recommend prophylaxis.
We have a comprehensive first aid kit and emergency evacuation arrangements via flying doctors if needed.
Travel insurance covering medical evacuation and cancellations is a requirement of your stay.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (local). Payment must usually be made in advance.
Yes, typically a 30–50% deposit is required, with the balance due before arrival.
No hidden fees. Park fees, transfers, and other extras will be clearly outlined in your booking details.
Packing & Preparation
Neutral-colored clothing, sunhat, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, and sturdy shoes. A detailed packing list is available on request.
Yes, usually 15 kg per person in soft-sided bags. Check with your flight provider.
We recommend bringing your own for the best experience. We do also have binoculars in the camp and in our vehicles that you’re welcome to borrow.
We have no dress code, but casual, comfortable safari wear is recommended. Layers are helpful for cool mornings and evenings and warm afternoons.
Yes, eco-friendly toiletries are provided, including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. We also provide hand wash for your “smalls”

Yes, we cater for honeymoons, group safaris, and private events. Contact us to tailor your experience. Unfortunately we’re not licensed for weddings.
For safety reasons, pets are not permitted.
Tipping is appreciated and customary. We recommend $10–20 per guest per day for the staff pool. All tips are shared equally between all the non-management staff
